Thomas Jefferson's Virginia Autumn Tour October 12 - 18, 2008
Included in fees: Tour begins and ends in Washington DC. Your package includes a professional tour director, historical interpretation by nationally acclaimed Jefferson scholar Clay S. Jenkinson, an evening with Thomas Jefferson, local interpretations, all activities, lodging, transportation and museum fees, all meals (excluding lunch on day 4), journals, gifts, entertainment and hotel bags handling, state and local taxes, plus hotel and restaurant gratuities. Airfare excluded.

DESCRIPTION: The extreme beauty of Virginia's fall foliage was the main determination to explore Thomas Jefferson's homeland in the autumn. EACH DAY you will visit sites with importance to Mr. Jefferson. The nation's leading Jefferson Scholar Clay Jenkinson is onboard for the duration of the week for discussion and to answer any of your questions. NOTE: Each evening there will be a specially prepared presentation by our scholar Clay Jenkinson.
